- Returns of (Pre-Order Merchandise) ~
We Do Not accept any returns for Pre-Order items (items we have no ready stocks, but order

- NO refund for GST tax or payment gateway surcharges
- All return merchandiser must e sent back to us in original packed boxes, in a completely unaltered conditions by courier services. For opened merchandise, contact us before sending

- We are NOT responsible for postage or courier fees on returned items which are found damaged via in transition. Buyers have to arrange own pick up at buyers costs in this case.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% or RM 5 (whichever is higher) on your order, if you cancel the paid order (if it has already been packed), or if the parcels are returned to us by the shipping logistic due to being undelivered / unclaimed. Buyers have to
